A terror attack has just occurred in Manchester tonight. The reported attack unfolded in Manchester Arena during an Ariana Grande concert. Police released a statement that said that the explosion took place outside of the arena while people were leaving the event. Fox News has reported that 19 are dead so far and 50 injured.
